About Me

My photo
katieq
I am now the proud (and maybe slightly delusional) Chef Owner of Kate's Catering and Personal Chef Services, LLC, after many years of practice, planning, and plotting, many of which are documented here. My clients currently also benefit from my certifications as a Level 1 Sommelier, Chaines de Rotisseurs Local Champion, Certified Culinarian, and Certified Personal Chef, both earned from the Midwest Culinary Institute in 2014. The beginning of this blog documented my experience (both cooking and otherwise) at the University of Kentucky earning my B.B.A. of Business Management.
